The landlord provides and manages the building perimeter security and associated access control.
The landlord provides a core CCTV and alarm monitoring system, car parking management and other areas where a security compromise would have an adverse effect on the operation of the building. The landlord also provides a common/shared area and back of house access control system/intruder detection system used by the landlord staff and tenants. Access to the main elevator bank is executed through a card controlled security barrier. Access to the car park is controlled by a rising arm barrier operated by card reader at entrance and exit.
