Life safety

The internal firefighting systems in the building are separated from the domestic cold water systems. The building is served by a combined sprinkler and hose reel firefighting system. Basement parking is served by a dedicated firefighting system and pump station.

A combined audio and visual public alarm system is activated using point smoke detectors. The alarm is raised using electronic sounders with integrated detector bases, as well as additional flashing beacons in toilets.

There are several service providers with a central PBX available to all tenants. The building has an extensive network of conduits for cable routing of communication service providers.
