Structure
The concrete substructure consists of concrete foundation slab, perimeter concrete wall and slab system on concrete column grid.
The superstructure consists of concrete columns and core shear walls supporting a concrete slab cast in place. Columns are reinforced by drop panels to provide generous column spacing. The typical office areas are designed for uniform loading
of 400 kg/psm. All office floors have designated areas to accommodate loading of 800 kg/psm for storage or other use.
